Solid walnut and veneer, oak veneer interior, original brass fittings, original cut and facetted glass, surface professionally repolished, some restorations to the veneer, very good condition

Furnishings and objets d’art of an astounding modernity for the time were made for the exhibition put on by the "Wiener Kunst im Hause" (Viennese Art in the Home) Association under the motto "simple furniture". Many of these are exemplary even today. Teachers and students influenced and stimulated each other to a very high degree.
