Almost without exception, vases with Cytisus decor are representatives of the most creative period in the glassworks. This colourful design with its many effects and interestingly rhythmic decor, which in addition shows similarities to contemporary Viennese paintings (e.g. Klimt's Beethoven series of 1902), was used almost exclusively on designs that had lively, wave-like contours.
